Dunkerque
Dunkerque are a very capable side and one clearly on the rise this season.
They stand out for their possession-based approach and willingness to build from the back, something not often seen in Ligue 2. This tactical style has been executed well, supported by young, quick wingers such as Yassine and Zossou, and led in attack by the experienced striker Robinet.
Since the beginning of the campaign, Dunkerque have scored in 8 of their 11 away matches, underlining their consistency in the attacking third.
Montpellier, meanwhile, are going through a shaky period of form. They are currently three matches without a win and have shown defensive vulnerability at home, conceding more goals there than away (9 at home compared to 7 away).
What we say
Both Teams to Score
With Montpellier’s home goal difference of 12:9 and Dunkerque’s away record of 11:8 in eight matches, combined with the attacking quality on both sides, goals at both ends look like a reasonable and well-supported selection here.
